Written in a time of deep sorrow and recorded during a deep depression, "Empyrean Drain" is the culmination of a year realizing your own mortality and whether you choose to take it.

A special thanks to my partner for pushing me through a miserable time.
Also to D.T (Spectral Torture/Dissolution/Cathedrals In The Night) for inspiring me endlessly during the writing of this album.

This a great French Black Metal demo that is appropriately lo-fi but very listenable. The music is dark but also very atmospheric and the melodies are superbly eerie. Finally this has a cross-over with Dungeon Synth due to the subtle synth usage. insomniaindex
